Data storage location
Personal data handled by Bix is primarily hosted on servers located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred from Australia, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom to a sub-processor in another country, we rely on appropriate safeguards, typically including the European Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and equivalent contractual protections under Australian privacy law.
