Bix allows you to easily collect extra information at the checkout. Dietary needs, t-shirt size, emergency contacts - all easily collected via the platform. Custom questions appear when customers select Book Now.
In the editor, open Custom questions.
Add a question and choose an answer type: Text, Long text, Number, Email, Phone, Single choice or Multiple choice.
Choose whether it’s asked Once per booking or For each attendee, and whether it’s required.
Or select Import from Templates to reuse questions you’ve saved.
