Once your event is live, Bix allows you to make edits after publication. Edits are saved as unpublished changes until you publish them, and Bix can email attendees about important changes.
Open the event and make your changes. You'll then see an Unpublished changes indicator.
Select Publish edits.
If the change affects attendees (such as the schedule or location), Bix offers to notify them. Review the email preview, then Publish & notify.
Editing a single session's date or time offers its own "Email attendees about this change" option (on by default), which notifies just that session's attendees.
Once an event has bookings, some fields are locked - event type, booking mode and the core schedule. These fields are locked because changes would affect what people have already booked for. Hover over any lock icon to see why and what you can change instead - e.g. editing a single session's time.
