The seat-map editor uses a drag canvas, so it needs a desktop browser.
From Seat maps, select New seat map (or open an existing one to edit).
Give the map a name, e.g. "Main hall".
Pick an element from the left toolbar and drag it into position. Rows and tables hold individual seats; general admission areas are a single block buyers tap to choose a quantity.
Your layout autosaves as a draft while you work.
When it's ready, select Publish - events can only go live with a published chart.
On a mobile, you can browse your seat-map library, but you'll need a desktop to open the editor.
