Attach a map so guests choose specific seats at checkout.
In the event editor, open the Seat map section and attach a map.
Choose a chart from your library or create a new map just for this event.
Make sure the map's places match the event's capacity - if the numbers differ, Bix shows the difference and asks you to change the map or the event until they match. You can't save with a mismatch.
For a series, each session has its own seats - customers pick a seat for every night they attend.
If you later edit and republish a library chart, Bix asks whether to roll the update out - update all events using it, or keep them on their current layout. And note an event can only be published once its chart is published - a draft chart blocks publishing.
