Bix charges a platform fee per booking. You choose whether the buyer pays it on top of the ticket price or your organisation absorbs it.
Open Settings → Payments.
Under Who pays the platform fee, choose Buyer pays the fee (added as a separate line at checkout) or Organisation pays the fee (customers pay exactly the advertised price; the fee comes out of your payout).
Save the setting applies to new bookings only, with existing bookings unaffected.
