Bix charges a platform fee per booking. You choose whether the customer pays it on top of the ticket price or your organisation absorbs it.
Open Settings → Payments.
Under Who pays the platform fee, choose Customer pays the fee (added as a separate line at checkout) or Organisation pays the fee (customers pay exactly the advertised price; the fee is deducted from your payout).
Save. The setting applies to new bookings only; existing bookings are unaffected.
Past bookings always display under the fee setting they were charged with - changing this setting never rewrites history.
