Add a booking yourself - for phone or in-person sales, or to record a payment taken elsewhere.
Select Add booking, then choose the event.
Find an existing customer or add a new one.
Add the ticket types, quantities and sessions, and fill in any attendee details or questions.
Apply a manual discount if needed, then choose how it’s paid: mark it Free, Mark as paid, Send a payment link, or Charge.

Bix allows you to send a payment link to let your customers pay by card themselves. They receive the link via email, then can pay for their booking.
