Add internal comments to a booking

Leave notes for your team on a booking. Comments are internal (customers never see them) and the booking also keeps an automatic audit trail of changes.

  1. Open the booking and use the Activity area.

  2. Add a comment; you can edit or delete your own comments.

Audit-trial entries, such as refunds and adjustments, are recorded automatically and can’t be edited or deleted.
