Each booking can generate a receipt you can download or email to the customer. Receipts also show any balance due.
Open the booking and find the Receipts area.
Download a receipt or send it to the customer's email.
If there's a balance due, use Pay via link to send a payment link.
Discounted or comped bookings show a discount line on the receipt, so the customer sees exactly what was applied.
