As soon as your booking's complete, the confirmation screen lets you download your tickets and add the event to your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
Your tickets are also emailed to you straight away, with a link to view and download them any time.
Your ticket includes an entry pass with a QR code - show it at the door and staff will scan you in. See Your entry pass.
Can't find the email? Check spam first, then contact the event organiser - they can resend your tickets.
