Working the door with volunteers? A guest scanner link gives them scan-only check-in access for one event - no Bix account needed.
From the event's Scanner menu, open Guest scanner.
Select Create link, then Copy or Share it - or have your helper scan the QR code shown to open it on their phone.
When the event's done (or a phone goes missing), select Revoke to cut off access instantly, or Regenerate to issue a fresh link.
Guest links are scoped to that single event, can only check people in, and expire automatically after 7 days. For regular door staff, add them to your team instead - see Manage team members and hosts.
