Selling a whole block - a term of classes, a season pass - normally closes to new bookings once the block starts. Turn on Allow late joiners to keep it open.
In the editor's Schedule section (whole-block booking mode), turn on Allow late joiners.
Customers who join after the block has started pay pro-rata for the remaining sessions only.
Leave it off and the event page shows the block has started, with bookings closed.
