Cancel an event

Cancelling marks the event as no longer taking place. Existing bookings stay Active until you refund or move them - cancelling does not automatically refund.

  1. Open the event and select Cancel event.

  2. Choose whether to refund attendees as part of cancelling.

  3. Confirm (please note, this cannot be undone).

After cancelling an event, you can still move customers to other events or refund them individually from each booking.
