Before you're fully set up to take payments and receive payouts, you need to complete the Stripe verification steps.
Open Settings → Payments and select Start (or Continue) Stripe onboarding.
Work through the embedded form; you can leave and return at any time, with your progress saved.
When it shows complete, you're fully verified - payments and payouts are ready to go. In Australia and New Zealand you can publish paid events and take bookings even before this point - see Held charges and pre-verification.
Stripe asks for standard business details: who you are, your organisation's information, and the bank account for payouts. Verification usually completes within minutes, though Stripe occasionally needs longer or asks for extra documents - if that happens, a status badge appears at the top of Settings → Payments, and reopening the onboarding form shows exactly what's needed.
For your transactions and payouts, head to Settings → Payments. The Transactions tab lists payments and refunds; the Payouts tab shows payout history and your current balance, where you can also add funds.
