Bix uses Stripe, the world's leading payments provider, to take card payments from your customers and pay you out to your bank. You connect Stripe once, then Bix handles checkout for your events - card details go straight to Stripe, and Bix never sees or stores them.
Everything payment-related lives in Settings → Payments: the Transactions tab lists payments and refunds, and the Payouts tab shows payout history and your balance, where you can also add funds.
A platform fee applies per booking, and you choose whether the customer pays it or your organisation absorbs it - see Booking fees.
